The User.
You the User agree to abide by the site terms and conditions as may be set from time to time by the Webmaster (ecobody limited) and published here. By entering and using the site you are deemed to have so agreed.
Free Enquiry Service
Ecobody provides no guarantee as to the level, timeliness or quality of service provided under its free enquiry service. No legal contract is created between the User and Ecobody through use of the free enquiry service and no legal liability will attach to or be accepted by Ecobody Limited as to the accuracy or validity of any information provided or from any use to which the User might put the information received in response to any enquiry.
Non-Subscriber Areas.
The User is free to access and utilise site content for his own use only and will not further distribute material without specific written permission from ecobody limited.
Subscriber Only Areas.
The User will not attempt to access Subscriber Only Areas without paying the appropriate subscription/usage fee and agreeing by the separate terms and conditions attaching to these areas. Subscribers to such areas will not attempt to access these outside of their valid paid-for subscription period.
Site Submissions.
The User, in submitting material for inclusion to or forwarding from the Ecobody Site agrees not to submit copyrighted material or material which is offensive or could be deemed to be of an illegal nature. The User will be held legally responsible for any such infringement.
Applicable Law.
This site is deemed to be governed solely by the laws and regulations applying in England and Wales and absolutely in respect of no other State.
The Webmaster, Peter Doyle, will be the sole arbiter as to the suitability of material submitted for inclusion or posting at the Ecobody Site. This, however, will not absolve The User of his legal responsibilities.
